• ½ cup of All Purpose Flour

• 2 Eggs
• Oil 

How to prepare it?

• First of all, wash the chicken breast and cut it into finger shape. 
• Put the chicken pieces into a container and add 1.5 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of red chilli, garlic and ginger paste, red chilli sauce, white vinegar, and salt. Mix it well and keep it aside for almost 1 hour. 
• Now, take a bowl, put all-purpose flour, corn flour, garlic powder, 1 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp black pepper, crushed cornflakes, and salt into the bowl, and mix it properly. 
• Take another bowl and put the eggs into the bowl.
• Now, take out the marinated chicken, apply a coat of dry mixture, and then dip it into the egg. After that again apply a coat of flour mixture. 
• Now, fry the chicken pieces in preheated oil for 10 to 12 minutes until they become golden and crispy on the outside. 
• Take out the Nibbler Bun into the packet and warm it on a flat pan.
• Place the bun into a serving plate apply a light layer of Zax Sauce and put the crispy chicken fingerz on it.
