- 2 Ibs Chicken breast
- 2 tsp of Red Chilli
- Salt to taste
- 2.5 tsp of Black Pepper
- 1 tsp of Red Chilli Sauce
- 3 tsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp of White Vinegar
- ½ tsp of Corn Flour
- 1.3 cup of Crushed Cornflakes or Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup of All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
- 2 Eggs
- Zac sauce
- Oil
How to prepare it?
- First of all, take the boneless chicken breast and cut it into finger shape.
- Next, place the chicken pieces into a bowl. Add red chili, black pepper, red chili sauce, garlic & ginger paste, white vinegar, and salt in the bowl and mix it well. Set it aside for almost 60 minutes.
- Now, take a bowl, put corn flour, all-purpose flour, crushed cornflakes, garlic powder, 1 tsp red chili, and 1 tsp black pepper into the bowl, and mix it gently.
- Now, take the second bowl, and crack an egg in it.
- Take out the marinated chicken and apply a coat of flour mixture to it. Now, dip the chicken piece in the egg and again apply a coat of dry mixture.
- Fry the chicken piece in oil until it becomes golden brown.
- Finally, take out the fingers on a plate and serve with zac sauce.
